New York - Day 3
Our day today started a bit later. While KT and SV went to the Metropolitan Museum, I camped out at Starbucks again to do a few things. It didn't help that the Starbucks was full so I spent the first hour sitting at the bar, before I can get a table that has a plug nearby to charge my laptop.
We met up at the Plaza Hotel to eat some lobster roll and chowder at Luke Lobster. And we finished it with original mille cake (layered crepe cake) from Lady M.
Lady M's Original Mille Crepe. My favourite of all time! I would eat the whole slice (maybe two) by myself!

Next stop, the Grand Central Station! The sea of people, oh the sea of people. I guess we were there right during rush hour too. From there, we walked to the Public Library. Unfortunately the section that we really wanted to see was closed off temporarily. We ended up just hanging out at Bryant Park for a bit to rest our feet. We then went to Muji for a quick shopping. I didn't buy much other than a couple of gel pens (best gel pens in the world!). Superdry was our last destination before we decided to end the day with dinner.
here's a rare pic of the three of us!!

We went to try Totto Ramen, which is apparently better than Ippudo. I have never tried Totto Ramen so it was a first for me too. It did not disappoint in my opinion, the chicken broth was light and flavourful. And unlike the usual pork-based broth, it's very light.
Did I prefer it over Ippudo? I have to say no. But that's just my personal opinion, I prefer a richer, fattier broth. (Yes, I know...typical Adya, right?).
