Pizzeria Prima Strada
So here's the next one on our list during our short adventure to Victoria: thin-crust pizza!
And that landed us at Pizzeria Prima Strada on Cook Street. Again, all the restaurants that we went to in Victoria were within 10-15 minutes drive from our hotel by the wharf. That actually worked great for us, because we didn't end up wasting time commuting from one place to another.

Sometimes with these restaurants, the best food is the simplest one. Therefore we opted to try Margherita (pictured below). Lo and behold, it did not fail us. It had just the right amount of savoury flavour to satisfy our taste buds.
Not to worry, to compliment the simplicity of Margherita, we ordered Panna e Pancetta (pictured below). Look at those bacon pieces! It was super delicious.
This was one of the best thin-crusted pizza we've ever tried. However, I have to say that the middle of the crust was a bit soggy (it become flabby and didn't hold the shape once we cut the slice and took it off the plate). Oh well, the flavour was great and exceeded our expectation. I would like to come back to Prima Strada sometimes in the future and try their other pizza varieties.
Update: I forgot to mention that we would recommend coming to this restaurant during odd hours, if possible. We have read the same comments from other reviews so we went there at around 3pm, and the place was packed! No empty tables, and we had to wait for 15-20 minutes before we could get a table.
