Taipei: feasting at 平價快炒

After an entire night of snacking at the night markets, we started day 2 with more eating.  Who would've guessed, right?? 😆

平價快炒

Based on what we heard, this resto is quiet popular.  They were definitely busy when we got there; if we didn't have a reservation, we probably would have had to wait for a while.  On to the food:  I have no idea how many dishes we ordered... all I remember was watching plates after plates after plates being placed on the lazy Susan.  It was neverending!  Mind you, the portion sizes are smaller than what a North American serving sizes would look like, so we actually did pretty well and finished most of the dishes.   I took pictures of 12 dishes (and only 9 are pictured below because the collage would only allow a max of 9 pics).  But I know that I missed taking pictures of some of the dishes because by the time the lazy susan swirled my way, the dish was already half eaten. LOL.

Needless to say, this was yet another delicious meal in Taiwan, and it was so cheap! (compared to Vancouver, of course).   The brunch was completed with a few bottles of beers to wash everything down.  After we finished eating, we went for a quick walk for a few blocks, and got ourselves some bubble tea as dessert.

What a life....
